Week 4 Day 4 - Assignment 1 - Thor's Journey to Utgard: Independent Writing Task
Independent writing task to accompany the story 'Thor's Journey to Utgard'. This task should be an extension from Week 4 Day 2, in which they 'bare-boned' the story to then 'flesh-out' with alliteration and enriched vocabulary (adjectives and adverbs). Those wishing for a challenge could write up their version of the whole story - told over three days. Those wishing for less writing could choose a scene or section from the story to write about but still using the 'bare-boning' technique, followed by 'fleshing-out'. The task should be completed into MLB books to accompany yesterday's guided drawing.
