Week 1 Day 4 - Assignment 1 - Life Cycle of a Plant Independent Writing
On the next page in your MLB write an independent writing piece describing the life cycle of a plant. Make sure to describe each of the 8 stages, using the botany terms learned thus far. You may do a draft write up in your practice book before putting the writing into your MLB - or - if you are feeling confident, straight into your MLB. Please make a nice simple lined border in colored pencil, title the writing piece Life Cycle of a Plant, and write in pen or fountain pen. Also please write in the bottom right corner Independent to show that this is your own writing piece
. The 8 stages of the life cycle include:
Seed, Root and Shoot, Stem and Cotyledon, Leaf, Calyx and Bud, Flower, Reproductive Organs, Fruit and Seed
