Request A Copy of Stored Data

We’re able to provide a copy of the personal data we store on you in compliance with GDPR and CCPA laws and as detailed in our Privacy Policy. The personal data that can be requested includes the following, but is not limited to:

- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Language
- Email Address
- Date/Time of Last Login
- Active Subscriptions

Important Information

By requesting a copy of stored data, you agree to, and understand that, we will access, retrieve, download and share the personal information we hold on you in plain text. If you would like some of your personal information deleted, you can contact us separately regarding personal data deletion and we’ll be happy to comply with your request. You can do this here.

Retrieval of Stored Data

By requesting deletion of your account, you agree to, and understand that, that all Personal Data related to you (the account holder) and your family will be securely accessed, retrieved, downloaded and shared in line with our Privacy Policy. You agree that The Polaris School will, at the earliest possible opportunity, download your personal information from all systems operated by The Polaris School, including any external documents, email servers and storage providers. All information held about you will be downloaded in full. You understand that you cannot request a copy of stored data if you request full deletion of your account prior to the inquiry for personal data.
