Important Information

By requesting rectification of stored data, you give us the right to access and ammend the personal data we store on you, based on your request. In the event that we are unable to ammend your request, we will contact you with information on why we cannot make an ammendment. In the event that you request for a change to your active jurisdiction, we may contact you directly to ask for the appropriate data handling location, to ensure we apply with your local laws for data handling.

Once we’ve ammended your personal data, all copies of the previous personal data will be destroyed and cannot be recovered. In the event that you request for account deletion prior to the request for rectification, we will be unable to comply with your request for rectification.

Reasons Why We Cannot Ammend Your Personal Data

We endeavour to comply with all requests for rectification of personal data, however in some rare cases we may be unable to do so. In the event of suspected fraud, abuse or criminality, we may be unable to ammend your personal data while we carry out an internal or, in the event of communication with law enforcement, external investigation, to ensure that no personal data is lost related to the case. Once the investigation is complete, if no evidence of wrongdoing is found, we may be able to comply with your request for rectification of personal data. We will typically notify you if this is the case, in accordance with local laws.
