When you purchase an annual enrolment, you pay for an annual license to access the Polaris School platform.
You can cancel your recurring annual enrolment by contacting us and submitting a Help Request form on the
Support page. You must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date for your enrolment. You can view the renewal date at any time in your Profile.
If you want to cancel your annual enrolment and all recurring block or class purchases, you can do this from your profile. Login to your Account, Click the Profile icon, Click
Plan >
Cancel subscription and confirm.
