What’s happening with the new platform?
The new Polaris School platform launches September 6, 2022.
Our new platform is fast, light and entirely redesigned - with custom built design and engineering.
The new platform makes it easy to:
- Navigate existing Blocks
- Learn with redesigned Lesson pages
- Use new features for lessons
- Find and purchase new Blocks you’ll love
- View and complete Assignments
The new Polaris School platform will replace the current experience in September, and all users and content will be transferred over to the new platform.
What will happen to my current enrolment?
All existing users who have purchased annual enrolment before September 6, 2022 will have access to the new platform free for a year until September 2023. We’ll automatically migrate your account to the new platform in early September - you’ll receive an email telling you about the change, and a password reset email to help get your account set up. If you experience any problems with the migration or haven’t received an email about the new platform by the end of September, contact us and we’ll sort it.
New users who purchase annual enrolment on or after September 6, 2022, will have access to the new platform as standard with the $75 annual enrolment fee.
What will happen to my existing purchases?
All existing users who have purchased content before September 6, 2022 will have access to the content on the new platform free for a year. All current Blocks will be active until September 2023. We’ll automatically migrate your Blocks and Classes over to the new platform in early September - you’ll receive an email telling you about the change, and a password reset email to help get your account set up. If you experience any problems with the migration or haven’t received an email about the new platform by the end of September, contact us and we’ll sort it. All new Blocks purchased on or after September 6, 2022 are not included in this Free Year Promotion. This promotion is in addition to the rights outlined in the Terms of Service.
We’ll let you know the new expiry dates for your Blocks or Classes - as these may be different to the expiry dates previously shown to you. Please wait for us to provide confirmation about the updated expiry dates - we will make every effort to contact users individually, however if you haven’t heard from us by the end of October regarding the revised expiry dates, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Will prices increase on the new platform?
Right now, we have no plans to increase prices on the new platform. We hope you’ll love the new platform and continue to enrol annually.
Please note that Block prices are subject to change in accordance with our
Terms of Service. However, you won’t be charged an increase in price, if an increase is introduced, until your existing purchase has expired.
