In this block, we delve deeper into the world of mathematics. We build on our knowledge of regrouping with lots of daily practice until we are confident and ready to take on vertical addition and subtraction. Alongside this, we hear of different traders and their relationship to money, starting with gifting, bartering and ancient methods of monetary transfer, and ending up with a look at the modern currencies such as the GB pound, and the Australian and American dollar.
